I'm sure I read last year that Iran has completed the technology transfer to Russia for the shahed drones and they're actually almost all made in Russia now (specifically at the Yelabuga drone factory in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in Tatarstan) and have been for a year or two. A lot of the workers there are women trafficked from West Africa. So I'm not sure that Russia has really "lost its supplier" or that current events in Iran will have much impact on Russia's ability to continue producing these drones, unfortunately.
